The art of arranging things in a parallel and/or perpendicular fashion.
The objective is to fill the entire paper with objects that represent yourself, arranged in an orderly manner.
Develop a composition (drawing) of 15 or more items that will be arranged and drawn on a piece of 12" x 18" paper.
The items you draw can/should be scaled in size to fit on the page.
Part 1: Start by making a list of 15 or more OBJECTS that represent yourself (15 pts.)
NOTE: Logos are not objects, any logos for teams, clubs etc. should be shown on actual objects. An example would be the Cincinnati Bengals logo - drawn as it is found on a hat, t-shirt, key chain etc.
Part 2: In GoogleDrive, create a digital draft of your project. (see instructions on Google Classroom page). 20 pts.
Think about how you arrange things, by size, by color, by type? Be Creative!
Part 3: On a sheet of WHITE DRAWING PAPER, draw your objects as they appear on your digital draft. 100 pts.
Part 4: Class Critique - Write a review of another classmates work. 50 pts
Optional: Start with a practice drawing (on newsprint paper) to arrange where your objects will be located on the page.
